01Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, e.g. Sphere Labs S.L.] ("Sphere", "we", "us"), operator of insphere.co. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02The service

Sphere is a relationship intelligence platform that helps you organize, search, and act on your personal and professional network, including AI-assisted insights, search, and recommendations. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

03Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Sphere is intended for users 18 and over. You must comply with all laws that apply to your use of the service.

04Your content and contacts

You retain ownership of the content you create and the contact information you import. You grant Sphere a limited license to process that content solely to operate and provide the service to you.

You represent that you lawfully possess and are authorized to use any contact and personal information you upload, import, or connect, and that you have any consents required under applicable law (including the GDPR) to do so. You are responsible for your use of other people's personal data within Sphere.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from Sphere or through Sphere from connected services beyond what the features intend.
  • Use Sphere for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights.
  • Upload data you are not authorized to use.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service without our written consent.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security of the service.

06AI features

Some features use AI to generate summaries, drafts, and recommendations. AI output can be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted content before relying on or sending it.

07Beta and previews

Sphere is currently in private beta. Features may change or be removed, and the service is provided without warranty during this period.

08Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

09Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Sphere is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you in-product or by email where appropriate.
